I offer Resilience Coaching as a standalone and as part of Clinical Supervision and Counselling services to support you to optimise your personal and professional performance, health and wellbeing.
You are invited to complete a Predictive 6-Factor Resilience Assessment and receive an individual Report detailing current resilience levels, strengths and areas for development across six key domains (Vision, Health, Composure, Collaboration, Reasoning, Tenacity). The simple questionnaire of 16 questions takes just a few minutes to complete.

After completing a Resilience Assessment and reviewing your Report you may choose to complete a self-guided online six-month Resilience Development Program. The virtual coach, driven by artificial intelligence, guides you through daily microtasks that optimise neuroplasticity (your brain’s capacity to change and grow). The Program requires a commitment of just 2-5 minutes a day, 5 days a week and if you wish to refresh your skills, the microtasks and meditations may be repeated anytime for a year.
